Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Consultant with 4-5 years of proven experience, ideally within one of the Big 4 firms, to join our dynamic team specializing in management consulting, operations development, and business outsourcing. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering strategic and analytical solutions that drive tangible outcomes, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving client performance. Key competencies include the ability to design innovative operating models and organizational frameworks informed by global best practices. The select candidate will lead data collection and analysis efforts, providing actionable insights and tailored recommendations that address client challenges. This role demands proactive management of multiple workstreams, mentorship of junior consultants, and the development of strong client relationships to secure alignment on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic planning, complex problem-solving, and presenting compelling reports and dashboards that clearly communicate results to senior stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in management consulting, preferably within one of the Big 4 consulting firms.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Operations, Governance, Performance Management, and Risk Management.
  • Strong demonstrated ability to manage data analysis, extract insights, and measure performance indicators.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI); adeptness in data visualization is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a competitive advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized management consulting services in operations and business outsourcing to enhance performance and efficiency for diverse clients.
  • Design and develop innovative operating models and organizational frameworks aligned with global best practices in management consulting.
  • Lead efforts to collect, analyze, and interpret client data, delivering insightful recommendations tailored to specific business challenges.
  • Proactively manage multiple workstreams, ranging from small initiatives to larger, complex projects, ensuring all operational goals are met.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, ensuring adherence to established methodologies and maintaining high-quality standards in deliverables.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, facilitating buy-in for proposed strategies and solutions.
  • Set strategic directions that address complex client problems, developing customized solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution processes to meet client needs and achieve desired operational outcomes.
  • Prepare professional reports and performance dashboards, effectively presenting results and critical insights to senior management and clients.

  • Ability to mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in management consulting, operations, and business outsourcing.
