Qiddiya Investment Company is redefining the entertainment, sports, and cultural landscape in Saudi Arabia through innovative real estate development. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist - Employee Services to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for enhancing the employee experience and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization.

As a Specialist in Employee Services, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing support for various HR-related inquiries and processes. Your focus will be to promote a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, policy interpretations, and benefits administration
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
  • Coordinate employee services programs, including wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking progress and coordination of reviews
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the employee services function
  • Assist in organizing company-wide events and activities to foster engagement and a positive workplace culture
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and HR trends to enhance service delivery
  • Provide support with exit interviews and analysis of employee feedback to inform retention strategies


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR or employee services
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving employee services
  • Team-oriented with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Desire to grow and develop within the HR field
