Your role in our story… 

The Business Development Manager will lead our team to achieve ambitious business development goals, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and build strong client relationships. Collaborating closely with senior management, you’ll identify new revenue streams, analyze market trends, and create proposals and presentations tailored to potential clients. You’ll also attend industry events to network and generate leads while ensuring smooth transitions for clients to the success management team.


You’ll shine through…

  • Leading and managing the sales team to achieve business development objectives
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to target ideal clients and generate new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Attending industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients from outbound, inbound, and referral sources
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth client handover to client success management department
  • Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Developing proposals and presentations that meet the needs of potential clients



What you need to come aboard…

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Excellent English & Arabic
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • A strategic, proactive, and results-driven mindset.



Bonus Qualities…

  • Experience with on-ground and remote sales teams. 
  • Familiarity with presentation design and creative industries. 
  • Understanding of project management tools and processes.
