Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations Management
- Manage and oversee core HR functions, including payroll, employee records, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR processes to align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely employee data entry and reporting within HR systems.
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.
- Collaborate with leadership to address employee grievances and provide solutions in line with company policies.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Ensure HR practices comply with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure relevance and alignment with business needs.
- Coordinate with legal advisors to address employment law matters.
- Performance Management and Training
- Support managers in the performance appraisal process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
- Work with Learning and Development teams to identify training needs and develop employee skillsets.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare and present HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics, to leadership.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the HR operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of team members to achieve department goals.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
- 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other HRIS) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
