Brand Ambassador - Field Salesperson

We’re hiring energetic and personable Brand Ambassadors to represent a major international brand in the retail sector. You’ll work to engage potential customers, introduce the application, and encourage registrations and on-the-spot orders—often with exclusive discounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Promote the application and assist customers in registration and placing orders.
• Achieve a daily target orders.
• Field-based role: Work 8-10 hours a day at one assigned area at a time, such as malls, events, shopping centers, markets, walkways, sports and music events, Riyadh Season activities, conferences and exhibitions like LEAD, hotels, and other high-traffic locations across Riyadh.
• Uniform: Wear a uniform that is professional and compliant with Saudi cultural standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Proficient in mobile applications and technology.
• Fluent in Arabic, with reading and writing proficiency in English.
• Presentable, articulate, and personable.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Professional, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to commute to assigned locations.

• التفاعل مع العملاء بطريقة احترافية وودية.
• الترويج للتطبيق ومساعدة العملاء في التسجيل وإتمام الطلبات.
• تحقيق الهدف اليومي للطلبات.
• العمل في الميدان لمدة 8-10 ساعات يوميًا في مواقع محددة مثل المولات، الفعاليات، مراكز التسوق، الأسواق، الممرات العامة، الفعاليات الرياضية والموسيقية، أنشطة موسم الرياض، المؤتمرات والمعارض مثل LEAD، الفنادق، والأماكن المزدحمة الأخرى في الرياض.
• الالتزام بزي موحد يعكس الاحترافية ويتوافق مع المعايير الثقافية السعودية.

• الحد الأدنى من المؤهل الدراسي: الثانوية العامة.
• مهارة عالية في استخدام التطبيقات والتكنولوجيا.
• إجادة اللغة العربية، والقدرة على القراءة والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية.
• مظهر لائق، شخصية لبقة، وقدرة على التواصل الفعّال.
• يفضل من لديه 1-2 سنوات من الخبرة في المبيعات.
• الاحترافية والالتزام بالمواعيد.
• القدرة على التنقل إلى مواقع العمل المحددة.

• راتب شهري يتراوح بين 6000 - 9000 ريال سعودي حسب المؤهلات والخبرة.
• الراتب يشمل مكافأة ثابتة عند تحقيق الأهداف البيعية.
• مكافآت إضافية تُمنح بناءً على الأداء.
