We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of water infrastructure projects, including water transmission pipelines, pump stations, and water tanks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale water projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and possess strong leadership and technical expertise.

Your new role, what's involved?

Project Management:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for water transmission pipelines, pump stations, and water tank projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays or deviations.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of engineers, supervisors, and construction staff.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination.

Technical Oversight:

  • Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Provide technical solutions to on-site challenges and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Resource Management:

  • Plan and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, client, and consultants.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure all activities comply with local laws, industry standards, and client requirements.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in managing water transmission pipelines, pump stations, and water tank projects, with a significant portion of this experience in KSA.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale water infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with Saudi building codes, regulations, and local authority requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
