The Enterprise Applications Manager ensures the effective management, optimization, and support of key business applications. This role aligns application performance with business needs, oversees system integrity, and leads a team to drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.

Minimum Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
- Intensive experience in Oracle ERP management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP is highly desirable.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Enterprise Applications function, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Manage and allocate budgets within the function, ensuring resources are used effectively.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the department, focusing on the employee’s career development.
- Ensure the department’s activities align with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Oversee the provision of business application support across SAMI-AEC, ensuring each area has the IT resources and master data necessary to achieve its goals.
- Collaborate with user departments to assess their application needs and develop a forward work plan for IT Steering Committee approval.
- Implement IT policies and standards within the Applications team to ensure compliance and support the overall IT function’s objectives.
- Lead the development and upkeep of business applications to meet operational needs, ensuring system availability and functionality targets are achieved.
