Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to support business growth and enhance market presence

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and engage with partners to maximize business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decisions
  • Ensure the alignment of commercial activities with the overall mission of Qiddiya Investment Company
  • Manage contract negotiations effectively and ensure adherence to contract terms
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote integrated approaches to customer relations and engagement

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, particularly in the entertainment or leisure industries
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and driving business profitability
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing diverse teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics and the ability to conduct thorough market analysis
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
