                            We are looking for a Marketing Technology (MarTech) Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our marketing technology stack. This role bridges the gap between marketing and technology, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, data flows seamlessly, and marketing tools are fully leveraged to drive growth and engagement.

                    What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM, automation tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to integrate tools and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to improve lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Evaluate, recommend, and onboard new tools to enhance marketing performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring platforms are fully functional and aligned with business goals.
- Train marketing teams on tool usage, best practices, and workflow processes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging MarTech trends, platforms, and industry innovations.
-  Support reporting and analytics by ensuring proper data collection, tagging, and visualization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing marketing technology or automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and campaign management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of data management, integrations, and digital marketing workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
-  Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, personalization platforms, or advanced analytics solutions.
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, or other integration technologies.
-  Experience in B2B or B2C marketing operations.
