Boeing Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior International Paralegal to join the Law Department's Global Law Affairs team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position will support the Regional Counsel based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working under limited supervision and performing multiple work assignments concurrently, often within a short period of time, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The individual will also work well with others, clearly communicating requirements, expectations, and deadlines, and asking questions to acquire and share relevant information.
Position responsibilities include the following:
Analytical Thinking
Effectively collects, organizes, synthesizes and analyzes data; summarizes findings; develops conclusions and recommendations from appropriate sources.

Works effectively and cooperatively with others; establishes and maintains good, effective working relationships.
Communication
Using a variety of media, clearly and succinctly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
Planning and Organizing
Effectively plans for what is to be achieved and involves all relevant stakeholders. Anticipates important or critical issues, identifying resource requirements and recommending responsibility for specific work to meet deadlines. Demonstrates the use of information gathering techniques, analyzing situations, and identifying implications to facilitate correct decisions. Research Skills
Conducts complex research with minimal attorney oversight regarding in-country and regional regulatory, legislative, and judicial systems requirements and impacts on the company. Conducts in-depth independent research regarding entity compliance matters such as license renewals, change of directors, contracts, ministerial decree renewals, and de-registrations. Researches local labor laws in support of employee investigations and disputes.
Legal Analysis
Collects and analyzes new and/or shifting in-country and regional regulatory, legislative, and judicial systems requirements and impacts on the company. Responsible for contract interpretation and analysis. Conducts legal policy analysis to ensure business units and other entities are compliant with U.S., international, and regional requirements. Develops databases and/or dashboards to track and monitor strategic-level regulatory, legislative, judicial, and compliance related matters. Handles extensive legal document and records management, contract interpretation, and analysis. Integrates efforts to eliminate, consolidate and/or simplify process documents. Leads the transition from traditional documentation standards to evolving data and information management standards by staying current on industry best practices and applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
Writing and Policy Development
Provides executive-level briefings/communications/presentations for attorneys, company leadership, shareholders, and others. Consults and collaborates with Responsible Attorney(s) to develop law-related guidelines and policies for internal and external application. As a regional or in-country subject matter expert, prepares guidelines and drafts policies related to law, regulatory, and compliance matters. Develops policy positions for specific in-country/regional requirements with limited attorney input. Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials for attorneys, other Law and Global Compliance executives, and external clients.
Strategic Collaboration with Responsible Attorney(s)
Identifies critical issues related to practice group as well as government (foreign and/or domestic) regulations impacting the company. Develops strategies by identifying and formulating objectives, costs, risks, ways, and means to achieve goals. Solicits negotiation positions from Responsible Attorney(s) and conveys outside counsel/ firms/vendor proposals. Interfaces with outside counsel representatives and makes contract negotiation recommendations to the Responsible Attorney(s).
Project Management
Develops, maintains, assesses, and ensures execution of project schedules and budgets. Monitors and tracks execution of plans and communicates status to the Responsible Attorney(s) as well as internal and external business clients. Maintains liaison with Law and Global Compliance executives and colleagues, other business units and stakeholders, vendor account managers, and local government officials. Innovates process standards, guidelines, and tools.

- Experience working as a paralegal or legal analyst
- English language fluency (reading, writing, and speaking)
