شاغر وظيفي بمسمى - خدمة عملاء لأحد المشاريع الحكومية في مطار الملك عبدالعزيز - جدة
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- استقبال العملاء وتقديم معلومات دقيقة حول الرحلات، الأوقات، والإجراءات
- التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء بشكل مهني وفعال
- توفير الدعم في حالات الطوارئ أو التأخيرات، وتقديم الحلول المناسبة
- تنسيق مع فرق الأمان والنقل والموظفين الآخرين لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة
- توفير معلومات حول المرافق المتاحة في المطار مثل المطاعم، المتاجر، وخدمات النقل
- تحديث قاعدة بيانات العملاء والمعلومات الخاصة بالرحلات بشكل دوري
- مراقبة رضا العملاء وجمع الملاحظات لتحسين الخدمة
المهارات المطلوبة:
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع مجموعة متنوعة من الأشخاص
- مهارات حل المشكلات والقدرة على التفكير السريع تحت الضغط
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت الفعالة
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة ديناميكية ومتغيرة
