Role Responsibilities

  • Manages a team of intermediate or experienced Outside Sales professionals. Leads outside sales activities and ensures operational plans and objectives are met. Responsible for making significant improvements to processes and standards in order to enhance performance of outside sales team.

Role Purpose

  • To lead and supervise a team of sales personnel with all required support and guidance in line with company’s sales policies to achieve the branch’s sales and service growth target to increase company’s share of market and to help in ensuring his team’s customers are well served and are fully satisfied.

Minimum Requirements

  • Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics with good knowledge in sales techniques, planning knowledge of products.
  • To be efficient in terms of policies and procedures knowledge and implementation.
  • Should be having good manager capabilities to run a branch with its activities.
  • Overall responsible for review of proposal before submission to client.

Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in HVAC commercial and technical field
