Manager Infrastructure Services - Windows\Virtualization\ADFS

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager - Infrastructure Services to design, lead, and operate enterprise-scale Windows and virtualization platforms. This role is critical to ensuring secure, resilient, and highly available infrastructure services across on-premises and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Windows Server environments including Active Directory, ADFS, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Lead and operate virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi / vCenter or Hyper-V), including performance tuning, capacity management, and lifecycle planning
• Drive automation for provisioning, patching, monitoring, and compliance using PowerShell, Ansible, PowerCLI, SCCM, and WSUS
• Lead Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, failover, and failback activities (SRM / RP4VM)
• Implement security hardening standards (CIS benchmarks) and manage vulnerability remediation
• Ensure compliance with NDMO, NCA, and internal governance frameworks
• Lead major incident root cause analysis and provide escalation support
• Mentor and guide L1/L2 engineers, ensuring technical and operational maturity
• Oversee integration with storage, networking, backup, and HCI platforms (e.g., Commvault, NSX, Nutanix)
• Maintain accurate documentation, CMDB records, runbooks, and VM lifecycle processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
• Deep hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, SRM, RP4VM, and NSX (or Hyper-V)
• Experience with Nutanix and HCI platforms
• High proficiency in PowerShell, Ansible, and PowerCLI
• Strong understanding of virtual networking, storage integration, and DRS/HA
• Experience working in hybrid environments
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and regulatory compliance (NDMO, NCA)
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of combined experience in Windows Server and virtualization engineering

Preferred Certifications

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent Microsoft certification
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• ITIL Foundation
• Experience with Aria Automation is an advantage
• Exposure to Dell vXRack / vXBlock is a plus
