As part of Dubizzle Group, Dubizzle KSA is hiring a Visual Content Creator, who will be responsible for capturing high-quality visual content that effectively communicates the brand's message, enhances its image, and engages target audiences. This role exists to provide creative and compelling visual storytelling through videos and photographs, which will be used across various marketing channels, including social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and events. You will play a crucial role in visually representing the brand and ensuring that all visual content aligns with the company's goals and aesthetic standards.

In this role, you will:

• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality videos and photographs for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, and social media
• Develop and plan storyboards, shot lists, and creative concepts in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams
• Manage all aspects of video and photo shoots, including location scouting, lighting, sound, set design, and talent direction
• Edit and refine video footage and photos using industry-standard software, ensuring the final product meets creative and technical standards
• Maintain and organize all photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and ready for use
• Ensure all visual content adheres to the company's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style and tone
• Work closely with the marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets business objectives
• Stay updated on the latest trends in photography, videography, and visual storytelling, and incorporate new techniques and ideas into projects
• Organize and maintain a digital library of all video and photo assets for easy retrieval and reuse

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Professional certification in videography or photography is an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in videography and photography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and techniques
• Proven experience in managing all stages of video and photo production, from concept to final product
• In-depth knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording equipment
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Understanding of color grading, motion graphics, and special effects
• Familiarity with different video formats and codecs, as well as best practices for video optimization across various platforms
• Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and composition
• Excellent technical skills in operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Ability to edit and produce high-quality videos and photos that align with brand standards
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey creative ideas
