The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility
- Manage partnership engagement plan and keep all partners and activate partnerships to ensure that InspireU (and STC) extracts maximum value from them
- Maintain an active portfolio of partners by conducting regular evaluations of partners in-terms of their contribution to InspireU
- Identity the gaps in the current entrepreneurship ecosystem, suggest an action plan to tackle and cover the gab
- Develop STC entrepreneurship enablement program to fill-in those gaps for different time horizons
- Evaluate existing partners’ portfolio of STC and align to extend the scope to cover entrepreneurship domain
- Regularly refine the partnership strategy to meet the changing market and InspireU conditions
- Deliver the startup workshops, mentorship network services, provision of the partner services, and other program elements to the startups
- Develop and implement innovative upskilling initiatives for the community in collaboration with external partners
- Develop and execute initiatives at improving the investment supply side in the entrepreneurship ecosystem
