The TRS Project Manager will oversee operations in various functions, including accounting, purchasing, manufacturing, health & safety, and human resources, while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and financial standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Weatherford is seeking a talented TRS Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the business through the planning, organization, leadership, and management of field operations with a strategic mindset. The TRS Project Manager will oversee operations in various functions, including accounting, purchasing, manufacturing, health & safety, and human resources, while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and financial standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety meetings, facilitate safety initiatives, and ensure compliance with Company's Security, Compliance & HSE policies, Management System, relevant laws, regulations, standards, and industry practices.
- Maintain service quality as an immediate priority, continually seeking areas for improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead execution of operational activities, resource management, crew utilization, asset utilization, and inventory management to positively impact EBITDA.
- Foster continuous improvement initiatives, conduct regular customer Service Quality Review meetings, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage financial aspects, including forecasting, profit and loss, fixed assets, inventory, capital expenditures, payables, and receivables.
- Lead and develop field personnel, communicate work scope and job deliverables, delegate responsibilities, and ensure correct procedures are executed.
- Demonstrate leadership, ethical behavior, and adherence to Weatherford standards at all times.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Comprehensive understanding of the Product Line and technical job planning requirements.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations, balancing client and business expectations.
- Knowledge of company's business practices, including strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, Health Safety and Environmental (HS&E), and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, negotiating, influencing, and planning skills.
- Strong organizational and effective communication skills.
- Strategic thinking skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Intermediate knowledge of JDE, Hyperion, TapRoot, PeopleSoft, Salesforce systems, and FieldFX (where applicable).
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Scientific discipline or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience in operations and management.
- Experience in the execution of day-to-day operations and product-related projects.
- 2+ years of P&L experience.
This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to 5 - 10%.
