Job Description: Technical Project Manager - Release Management Focus

Are you a technically fluent, operationally rigorous Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments? We are seeking a Technical PM to lead release planning and cross-functional delivery across multiple modules (HR, Productivity, Procurement, etc.) in our AI-native platform. This is not a conventional PM role - we're building the future of agentic project management, and we want someone who can help us design it.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4-8+ years in project or program management in tech or digital products
• Background:
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery and technical releases
• Preferably ex-engineer, devops, QA, or infra-focused
• Skills:
• Technically fluent; comfortable with data models, workflows, infra requirements
• Strong operational rigor and coordination skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, JIRA)
• Exceptional documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading SteerCo and stakeholder status updates
• Nice-to-Have:
• Product mindset; able to help co-design an "Agentic PM" (AI agent for PM automation)
• Experience with AI/infra/dev/QA teams
• Arabic speaker (not mandatory)

Responsibilities:

• Own release timelines and manage dependencies across engineering, product, and design
• Coordinate go-live readiness with QA, security, solutioning, and support teams
• Track project milestones, risks, blockers, and reporting metrics
• Lead SteerCo and stakeholder status updates
• Collaborate with Product to help build the "Agentic PM" alongside engineers

• Documentation: Notion, Confluence
• Cloud: GCP / SaaS
• Architecture: Microservices, event-driven systems
