Job Purpose
The Manager, Financial Planning is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. The role oversees the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to enable strategic decision-making and organizational growth. This position ensures financial performance is aligned with business objectives and provides leadership with accurate, data-driven insights and recommendations.

The Manager, Financial Planning is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function. The role oversees the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to enable strategic decision-making and organizational growth. This position ensures financial performance is aligned with business objectives and provides leadership with accurate, data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business cases, scenarios, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide clear explanations for deviations between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure financial planning is integrated with operational strategies.
- Provide financial insights that support decision-making and drive strategic outcomes.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and the board.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all financial planning processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A systems, tools, and methodologies.
