Talent Acquisition Partner – META (Middle East & Turkey Area)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our dynamic team in the META region. Reporting to the Manager - Talent Acquisition Lead - META, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and acquiring top talent to drive our business objectives. The role can be based in either Dubai, UAE or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent across the META region.
  • Strong stakeholder management, partnering with hiring managers and local HR to understand staffing needs and providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment processes with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on regional labour market trends and industry practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and metrics to senior management.
  • Involvement in Campus events: Leverage various career fairs, campus events and network events to enhance engagement both across the region and with international schools.
  • Promote the Lilly brand on relevant channels, internally and externally and champion the company as a preferred employer with candidates in synergy with our employer branding and communication strategy.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years regional Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Executive Search experience across the Gulf / Middle East region, including extensive experience across Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the pharmaceutical/Life-sciences sector.
  • In-house recruitment experience preferred, although strong recruitment agency experience will be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Recruitment and AI tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to travel (Up to 25%).
  • Fluency in English mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
