Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead and scale Marn’s sales efforts. This

role is responsible for achieving revenue targets, developing sales strategies, and managing a

high-performing team to drive business growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in

B2B/B2C sales, strong leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to sales management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and

annual revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand Marn’s customer base.
  • Optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closing.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to improve sales productivity and customer

engagement.

  • Set clear KPIs and performance targets for sales executives and track results through

CRM and reporting tools.

  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to develop team skills and improve

conversion rates.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Oversee lead management and ensure an efficient sales pipeline.
  • Monitor CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce, or others) to track sales activities, forecast

revenue, and improve conversion rates.

  • Ensure sales teams follow up on leads within agreed response times.

Customer Relationship & Retention

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer

satisfaction and retention.

  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to create seamless

handovers and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Gather customer insights to refine sales strategies and improve product-market fit.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Align with Marketing to enhance lead generation, content strategies, and brand

positioning.

  • Work with Product & Operations to improve offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and insights to senior leadership.

Key KPIs (Performance Metrics)

Revenue Achievement – % of target achieved per quarter.

Lead-to-Conversion Rate – % of MQLs converted into closed deals.

Sales Cycle Length – Average time taken from lead to closure.

Customer Retention & Expansion – % of repeat business or upsells.

Sales Team Productivity – Average deals closed per rep per month.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong background in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in [your industry].

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven sales decisions.
