Job Summary:

The person in this position will perform legal tasks, draft legal documents, conduct research and analysis, gather information, provide consultations, negotiate, and resolve disputes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, draft, and review various legal documents (contracts, agreements, lawsuit pleadings, response memos, contract annexes/attachments, correspondences, legal/ Sharia memoranda, etc.).
• Prepare, draft, and review correspondences in all forms.
• Prepare legal and Sharia research and studies.
• Conduct negotiations, settlements, and dispute resolutions in various forms for the benefit of the office and/or its clients.
• Represent the office and/or its clients before third parties in all legal representation tasks assigned.
• Provide legal consultations and propose legal ideas and solutions for the office and/or its clients.
• Execute legal tasks and projects for the office and/or its clients based on direction.
• Communicate with the office's clients and provide insight into the needs of new and/or existing clients based on direction.
• Develop the skills of assistants and trainees, providing them with legal support and guidance.
• Participate in the hiring process, as well as the annual and probationary evaluations of office staff.
• Ensure the validity of all documents related to representing the office and/or its clients, update them, and archive them.
• Transfer knowledge and experience to the office team.
• Schedule tasks and share them with the direct supervisor.
• Attempt to attract new clients to the office.
• Propose solutions and ideas to improve client attraction mechanisms for the office.

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in providing legal consultations in commercial and corporate law within Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in English.
• High ambition.
• Creative legal thinking.
• Strong legal analysis skills.
