We are recruiting for our Saudi operations where you'll be joining a growing team of nearly 250 people supporting clients across the Kingdom realise Vision 2030 projects. Efficio have been operating in KSA since 2014 and opened the Riyadh office in 2019. During this time, we have worked on some of the region’s largest infrastructure and Giga projects, helping them manage their end-to-end cost portfolio, deliver value from procurement faster and meet Local Content and ICV requirements.
As an Supply Chain Specialist at Efficio, you will be embedded with client procurement functions, delivering procurement activity to realise Saudi Vision 2030.
Vision 2030 is a strategic framework to reduce Saudi Arabia's dependence on oil, diversify its economy, and develop public service sectors including : Health, Education, Construction and Infrastructure, Recreation and Tourism.
This role will be responsible for ensuring continuity of supply, improving planning and forecasting processes, driving operational efficiency, and supporting procurement and logistics strategies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that supply chains are robust, efficient, and aligned to business objectives.

This role will be responsible for ensuring continuity of supply, improving planning and forecasting processes, driving operational efficiency, and supporting procurement and logistics strategies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that supply chains are robust, efficient, and aligned to business objectives.
What will you be doing?
- Manage and optimise the end-to-end supply chain process, from demand forecasting and planning through to delivery and post-project support.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities into wider business strategies.
- Conduct supply and demand planning, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely adjustments to minimise risk of stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Support logistics and distribution planning, ensuring efficient movement of goods and services across regions and projects.
- Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support supplier relationship management, ensuring continuity of supply and resolving delivery or performance issues.
- Assist with contract and vendor management, working with procurement colleagues to ensure supplier compliance and value delivery.
- Contribute to risk management and contingency planning, developing solutions for potential supply disruptions.
- Provide market insights on cost drivers, supplier capacity, and logistics trends to inform sourcing and operational decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and technology to optimise efficiency, resilience, and sustainability of supply chains.
- 7+ years’ experience in supply chain management, planning, or logistics, ideally within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, logistics, inventory management, and supplier management.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally with procurement, finance, operations, and project teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, able to anticipate risks and develop contingency plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with supply chain planning or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis).
- Professional qualifications such as APICS CSCP, CIPS, or MBA are desirable.
- Flexible and adaptable, with readiness to work in dynamic or remote environments as required.
