We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our supervision team for major roads, highways, bridges, and infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in site supervision, quality control, and coordination on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably working with a construction consultant.

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our supervision team for major roads, highways, bridges, and infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in site supervision, quality control, and coordination on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably working with a construction consultant.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities for roads, utilities, and related infrastructure works.
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct inspections and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site issues.
- Review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
- Maintain site records, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and assist in quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with KSA regulations and international engineering standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in roads, highways, and infrastructure construction supervision.
- At least 4–5 years’ experience in the Middle East (preferably KSA).
- Previous experience with a consultant or supervision firm is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of site management, testing procedures, and material specifications.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
