Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Architect to join our team. The Site Architect will be responsible for managing and overseeing all architectural aspects of our construction projects, from initial concept to final completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with excellent project management skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all designs meet the company's standards and client requirements.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and material lists.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction is in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all construction work is in compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and keep the project team informed of any issues or delays.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior architects and other team members.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
• Experience working on high-end residential and commercial projects is preferred.
