Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support Process Excellence:
Assist with process mapping, documentation, and improvement initiatives for key service delivery areas (escalations, onboarding, SVR, renewals, cash collection, and more).
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Help gather, analyze, and visualize service metrics and KPIs, including building dashboards and real-time reports to inform leadership and drive action.
Automation & Innovation Projects:
Contribute to the design, testing, and deployment of automation tools (e.g., for compliance, collections, renewal alerting), and support research into AI-enabled solutions.
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement:
Support the preparation of governance reviews, stakeholder maps, reference case studies, and change management plans.
Playbook Development:
Participate in codifying and improving playbooks for best practice delivery, escalation, and customer success routines.
Industry & Customer Research:
Research industry trends and best practices in digital service delivery, process automation, and customer engagement.
Communication & Collaboration:
Prepare materials for management reviews, executive presentations, and internal communications to drive adoption of new ways of working.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated interest in digital transformation, process excellence, analytics, and technology-driven change.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data (Excel/Sheets required).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on multiple concurrent projects.
Effective communicator (English proficiency required; Arabic or French is a plus).
Collaborative and resourceful, with a genuine appetite for learning and innovation.
