As a Senior E-commerce Manager at Starcom, you will lead the development and execution of e-commerce strategies for our client, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer engagement to drive measurable results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated e-commerce solutions that maximize ROI and enhance customer experience.

Technical & Product
- Lead all commerce/DTC/Retail media conversations and strategies with your client stakeholders, supported by Business Director and other technical experts.
- Supervise commerce aspects of all media briefs and work closely with with Business Directors/Leads to ensure excellence in Performance Media planning.
- Ensure planning and execution excellence across commerce related Performance Media channels.
- Formulate account-specific product adoption, acccount optimization & growth plans.
- Ensure best in class reporting capability, ensuring for the robust client communication of Performance Media results.
- Take responsibility and accountability for your client's commerce/DTC/Retail media conversations growth and ROI ambitions.
- Gain a deep understanding of your client's business and vertical at large, understanding their key challenges & objectives and devise a Performance Media strategy that enables competitive advantage for your client.
- Understand the role of Performance Media in your client's media & marketing mix with the objective of heightening the value Performance Media is able to deliver for your client.
- Lead all Performance Media strategy/planning client communications.
- End-to-end ownership and accountability for Performance Media team and output.
- Responsible for the smooth operating of day-to-day workstreams, ensuring Performance Media execution teams are working efficiently and effectively.
- Take ownership for nurturing & growing Performance Media talent.
- Serve as champion for elevating Performance Media knowledge/capabilities across agency organization at large.
- Adopt an always-on innovation mindset, with a hunger for delivering competitive advantage for your client.
- Work closely with key digital media partners ensuring callaboration on innovation.
- Callaborate with other relevant Publicis Groupe entities ensuring the leveraging of all Groupe capabilities in delivering best-in-class innovation.
- Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to make channel planning reccomendations by understanding how data sets correlate with one another.
- Have a clear capability of understanding insights behind groups of facts and being able to communicate to client in clear & consise manner.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a digital media domain, preferably agency experience.
- Experience in being client-facing either in a leading or supporting role.
- Management experience of leading a team of at least 2 talents.
- Excellent understanding of digital eco-system, with a deep knowledge of ad platforms, technology and activation expertise.
- Experience in planning, strategy, managing and activating multichannel campaigns.
- BSc degree (or similar) in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc...
- Deep knowledge retail Media experience
