Job Summary: To manage daily tasks within shop floor, plan and work with team to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations in Service.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineering Degree
  • 8 to 10 years of Significant experience required in the same field plus Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience.
  • Cummins Background and fully aware with all Cummins controller PCC, DMC, Parallelling & Synchronization
  • To be able to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Provides direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done, Guide the technicians on site, do the technical escalation on time for the engineering level.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily activities of a service team including managing team members,
  • housekeeping, and meeting targets.
  • Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
  • Serves as group lead on projects and work assignments.
  • Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
