Senior Sales Manager

This position is on behalf of one of our client companies, not a direct role with Imploy.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our company's sales growth and market expansion. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a talented sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and fostering a culture of excellence within the sales department.

We're looking for a superstar with the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop strategic partnerships.
