About the Role
Al Salama Hospital is seeking a highly experienced Charge Nurse to lead and manage our nursing team, ensuring patient-centric and evidence-based care. - Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership and management to the nursing team, fostering a culture of continuous development.
- Clinical Standards: Ensure evidence-based patient care practices are consistently followed, promoting patient safety.
- Team Engagement: Develop employees by creating an engaging environment for teamwork and continuous professional growth.
- Resource Management: Manage clinical and non-clinical resources effectively to ensure safe patient care in a cost-efficient manner.
- Compliance and Quality Improvement: Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards, focusing on continuous quality improvement.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
- NRP certification for neonatal care in NICU, Labour & Delivery, and Nursery.
Experience: At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital or clinic setting.
Professional Registration: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (SCFHS).
