Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Building Environments team as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, working on real-world projects.

Your key duties

• Lead and supervise engineering teams in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems.
• Develop and implement mechanical engineering plans and procedures.
• Perform and oversee detailed mechanical designs and product validation.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for simulation and design purposes.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop specifications for manufacturing, including determining materials, equipment, and layout of plant and systems.
• Research and assess new products and innovations to enhance project outcomes.
• Coordinate with other engineers, management, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant engineering technology and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on building services.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
