Job Summary

York Towers is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its real estate brokerage team in Riyadh. The role involves driving sales growth, managing a team of agents, and ensuring successful transactions in compliance with Saudi real estate regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of real estate agents.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Real Estate General Authority (REGA) regulations.
• Oversee contracts, agreements, and transaction documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and increase sales.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market and brokerage regulations.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing teams.
