About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. With 7-9 years of experience in marketing in Riyadh, you will assist in the leading and execution of strategic campaigns to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business success. As a senior member of the marketing team, you will collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior team members while leveraging your expertise to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Planning
• Assist in developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
2. Campaign Management
• Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, SEO, PPC, print, and events).
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs such as lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI.
3. Content and Brand Management
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Oversee the development of high-quality content, including blogs, reports, thought leadership articles, white papers, webinars, and videos.
4. Analytics and Reporting
• Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for optimization.
5. Collaboration and Leadership
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
6. Budget Management
• Assist in managing and allocating the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
• Track expenditures and recommend adjusting strategies as needed to stay within budget.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 7-9 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns in Riyadh, preferably in hospitality or real estate.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with event organizing, branding and content creation
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for staying updated on marketing trends and technologies.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in international marketing or managing campaigns across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
