Job Summary:

 We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer, based in Riyadh, to join our Operation & Maintenance (O&M) team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finishing Works Supervision.
• Oversee finishing works for new branches, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Facility Maintenance:
• Manage and maintain the infrastructure of food and beverage stores. This includes ensuring the optimal functionality of structural elements (e.g., flooring, plumbing, roofing) and essential systems (e.g., refrigeration, HVAC, fire safety).
• Routine Inspections and Reporting:
• Conduct regular inspections of store facilities to identify maintenance needs. Ensure all essential structures such as floors, walls, and ventilation systems are well-maintained to prevent contamination and maintain cleanliness. Prepare detailed reports on findings and implement necessary repairs.
• Refrigeration and HVAC Systems Management:
• Supervise the performance and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems, ensuring proper temperature control and energy efficiency in compliance with food storage standards.
• Project Management:
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to execute repair, renovation, and construction projects. Ensure minimal disruption to store operations while adhering to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Safety Protocols:
• Ensure all fire safety systems, emergency exits, and other safety infrastructures are functional and compliant with relevant codes.

Preferred Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems relevant to food storage and preparation environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

This role involves a combination of office-based work and on-site inspections across multiple store locations. Frequent visits to food and beverage stores are required, and work may be conducted during off-hours or weekends to minimize disruption to operations.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in facility maintenance. Prior experience in the food and beverage or retail industry is preferred.
