WSP is seeking a dedicated and skilled QA/QC Inspector for our road and highway project in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and ensuring quality control for construction materials used in the project. This role is critical in maintaining the high standards of our infrastructure projects.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Conduct laboratory tests on construction materials such as soil, asphalt, concrete, and aggregates.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all tests and results.
• Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained according to industry standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols.
• Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports for project managers and engineers.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of materials delivered to the construction site.
• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Collaborate with project teams to address any quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and testing methodologies.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Saudi National.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Lab Technician in the construction industry, preferably with road and highway projects.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in using computer software for data analysis and report generation.
• Familiarity with international standards for construction materials testing (e.g., ASTM, AASHTO).
• Experience with quality control systems and procedures.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in laboratory settings.
