In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading program management efforts that are central to our mission of creating a vibrant entertainment destination. Your expertise will drive the execution of key initiatives, aligning them with the strategic goals of QIC.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, and delivery of programs that contribute to the growth and success of QIC
• Establish and implement program management best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Engage and collaborate with diverse teams and key stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle
• Analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Lead regular program meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and share insights
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in program/project management, ideally within the entertainment or leisure sectors
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a complex project environment
• Proficient in using project management software and tools
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
