The Senior Manager - Document Control at the Strategic Delivery Unit (SDU) - Quality is responsible for leading the implementation and continuous optimization of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), ensuring its effective utilization across all SDU teams. The role encompasses training, governance, and compliance oversight of document control practices in alignment with ISO 9001 and internal standards. It ensures centralized control, versioning, and accessibility of documented information, while enabling seamless collaboration across SDU verticals. Additionally, the role involves managing SDU Quality meetings, delivering high-impact reports, and developing standardized communication materials that reflect SDU branding and marketing standards ensuring clarity, professionalism, and consistency throughout the SDU unit.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
BS degree, diploma or professional qualification in information technology or related field to document/information management.
Marketing or Communication Certification (Optional)
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (Optional)
A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in developing, implementing, and managing document control solutions using Aconex EDMS , Share point and similar systems, with expert-level proficiency in MS Office and Aconex Project Delivery (APD), and fluency in written and spoken English.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and support the setup of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), in collaboration with the Document Control Lead, ensuring optimal configuration and usability
- Conduct EDMS training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure consistent and effective use across all SDU teams
- Ensure all team members are proficiently trained in the application and usage of the document control system, fostering a culture of compliance and efficiency
- Manage and distribute team communications and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate information flow
- Monitor and control the accuracy, security, and quality of all documented information, performing regular reviews and audits of communication and documentation processes
- Enforce document/information management policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with SDU, corporate standards, and ISO 9001 requirements
- Establish automated internal workflows for document reviews and approvals across SDU development teams to streamline operations and reduce manual errors
- Ensure compliance and quality of QMS documentation and processes, maintaining alignment with ISO 9001 standards and internal governance frameworks
- Enable centralized control, versioning, and accessibility of all documented information across SDU Quality, ensuring consistency and traceability
- Support SDU verticals by facilitating seamless collaboration, enforcing document retention policies, and enabling efficient information sharing
- Manage and lead SDU Quality meetings, ensuring effective documentation, structured follow-up, and impactful reporting of outcomes
- Demonstrate strong reporting and analytical skills, producing high-quality reports that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
- Ensure all communications and documents follow SDU branding standards, maintaining consistency in tone, format, and visual identity
- Develop and issue standardized communication materials with high marketing and editorial standards that can be shared across QIC, enhancing clarity, professionalism, and stakeholder engagement
