Senior Landscape Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Landscape Architect to oversee and manage the implementation of landscape and hardscape works on-site. The role involves reviewing technical submittals, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, supervising site inspectors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, site experience, and the ability to lead quality control and progress monitoring efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Review technical submittals from the contractor, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and samples.
• Manage site inspectors and provide them with technical support and guidance.
• Ensure compliance of landscape and hardscape works with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve site issues.
• Monitor the progress and quality of landscape/hardscape installations on site.
• Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities related to landscape/hardscape works.
• Review and comment on contractor’s requests for information (RFIs) and technical queries.
• Ensure that work executed on-site aligns with the approved construction schedule.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to landscape/hardscape supervision.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
