The Project

Mace is providing project management services on a major new build mall in the heart of Saudi Arabia, the project will consist of retail units, hotels, food and beverage and associated car parking.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Implements and monitors the design management system to meet legal, business, and contractual standards.
• Leads design teams across all project phases, ensuring cross-functional coordination.
• Approves consultant appointments, aligning expertise with project needs.
• Develops business plan elements, delivering results on time and within budget.
• Manages design resources, ensuring teams are structured and supported.
• Oversees daily operations of design managers to maintain project flow.
• Presents performance data and KPIs to leadership for strategic insights.
• Contributes to business development with design expertise and strategic input.
• Leads training initiatives to enhance team skills and professional growth.
• Drives continuous improvement and compliance throughout the design lifecycle.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in design strategy, execution, and innovation.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams, manage workflows, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into design strategies, communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders, and influence decision-making at senior levels.
