المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
الوصف الوظيفي:
  • تصميم المساحات الداخلية للمباني، سواء كانت للمنازل أو المكاتب أو الفنادق ، كما يتولى المصمم الداخلي اختيار الألوان، المواد، والأثاث، وتوزيع الإضاءة في المساحات المختلفة بهدف تحسين البيئة الداخلية وجعلها تتناسب مع احتياجات العميل ورغباته


    • المهام:
  • إعداد الرسوم التخطيطية للمباني مع مراعاة التنسيق الداخلي والمحيط الخارجي

  • العمل تصميم الوجهات 3D

  • العمل على التصاميم الداخلية

  • المتابعة والإشراف على المشروع في جميع مراحله

  • المراجعة النهائية على المشروع والتأكد من التسليم كما هو متفق عليه

  • التفاعل مع البيئات المعمارية المختلفة سواء كانت صحراوية أو حضرية أو ساحلية بتوفير التصميمات المناسبة

  • مراعاة النسبة والتناسب بين عناصر التصميم المعماري المختلف حتى لا يسبب إزعاج للبصر أو يسبب ضيق للمستخدمين

  • فهم احتياجات صاحب المشروع وجمهور العملاء المستهدفين حتى يمكن إعداد تصميم يرضي أذواقهم

    • الشروط والمهارات:
    • خبرة من 3 - 7 سنوات
    • القدرة على مراجعة اللوحات الإنشائية وتأثيرها على التصميم المعماري المطلوب تنفيذه
    • الالمام التام والمعرفة على استخدام برامج مثل 3ds Max، SketchUp، Revit وغيرها
