About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Accountant with a strong financial background and ideally, experience in debt financing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. they play a vital role in analyzing financial data, providing insights to management, and supporting decision-making processes. accountants work in various industries and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial reporting: prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Bookkeeping and recordkeeping: maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations. monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and recording.
• Budgeting and forecasting: assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial performance and provide explanations and recommendations for improvement.
• Tax compliance: prepare and file tax returns, including income tax returns, sales tax returns, and payroll tax returns. ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. assist with tax planning and optimization strategies.
• Financial analysis: analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profitability improvement. provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
• Internal controls and audit support: implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure data integrity, and prevent fraud. assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and support as needed.

Requirements:-

Mandatory:

• 4 Years Experience
• Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field. CPA, and CMA Certifications Is a Plus.
• Proficiency In Accounting Software Such as Odoo, QuickBooks, Or Xero.
• Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail.
• Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
• Knowledge Of Accounting Principles, Standards, And Regulations.
