About The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Client Operations team. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our Customer Success, Customer Support, and Solutions Engineering teams. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, financial compliance, and customer engagement — helping some of the region’s most innovative institutions stay compliant and reduce risk.

About The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Client Operations team. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our Customer Success, Customer Support, and Solutions Engineering teams. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, financial compliance, and customer engagement — helping some of the region’s most innovative institutions stay compliant and reduce risk.
What You'll Do
- Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with client onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing engagement tracking.
- Support the Customer Support team by triaging tickets, reviewing documentation quality, and contributing to our knowledge base.
- Help analyze product usage and customer health metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Participate in internal meetings and client calls to take notes, follow up on action items, and learn how we drive client satisfaction.
- Support the Solutions Engineering team with testing demo environments, setting up product configurations, and documenting implementation steps.
- Conduct market or regulatory research to support compliance advisory and client education materials.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Client Operations team.
- Prepare and review documentation for the knowledge base.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Interest in compliance, fintech, or SaaS products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate across functions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Exposure to AI-powered regulatory technology and financial crime prevention.
- Experience in client-facing operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Mentorship from experienced professionals across multiple functions.
