Role Description

The In-Country Lead will be responsible for establishing and growing the presence of Asset Integrity Engineering in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital asset management landscape, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to forge strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, market analysis, and team management.


Responsibilities / Duties:


Market Development:

  • Identify and analyze market opportunities for digital asset management solutions in Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate the local market effectively.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, media organizations, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and industry partners to create awareness and drive adoption of the company’s services.

Business Growth:

  • Set and achieve sales targets and operational objectives for the Saudi market.
  • Lead business development efforts, including negotiating contracts and securing new clients.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and manage a high-performing local team, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus within the team.

Brand Representation:

  • Act as the primary representative of Asset Integrity Engineering in Saudi Arabia, promoting the company’s image and values.
  • Engage in public speaking and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Local Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Product and Service Customization:

  • Work with product teams to tailor offerings to meet the specific needs of the Saudi market.
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance product features and services.

Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on market developments, performance, and strategic initiatives.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital asset management or related fields, with a track record of successful market entry strategies.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
