Job Description

• Document Management: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of discipline-specific documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Submittal Tracking: Track and record all submittals, coordinating with discipline engineers for timely follow-up, issuance, and receipt.
• Communication: Handle the sending and receiving of submittals, ensuring clear communication with relevant parties.
• Archiving: Efficiently archive project documents in the system, ensuring accessibility and adherence to company standards.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize Iconic or equivalent document control software to manage and organize project documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in document control or a related field.
• Proficiency in Iconic or equivalent document control software.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for document management.
