About Qiddiya:

As a flagship Giga project under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Qiddiya is a visionary destination located approximately 45 kilometers from Riyadh and spanning 366 square kilometers. Qiddiya aims to become the global hub for entertainment, sports, and culture, with more than 300 groundbreaking recreational and educational facilities across its five pillars: theme parks, sports arenas, motorsport tracks, outdoor adventure activities, and cultural experiences.

As Qiddiya develops, it will also emerge as a thriving city, expecting 600,000 residents and 250,000 job opportunities, combining residential, commercial, and community offerings.

About the Role:

The Associate Director - Masterplan Marketing will play a critical role in shaping the marketing strategies for Qiddiya's masterplan. This position is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that communicate the unique value and vision of Qiddiya to various stakeholders, including potential investors, partners, residents, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communications, and brand management, particularly within large-scale developments or complex projects. You will be tasked with developing engaging content and visuals that convey the essence of Qiddiya, enhancing perceptions of the project and fostering excitement about its offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for Qiddiya's masterplan to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement
  • Create compelling narratives and marketing materials that reflect the vision of Qiddiya and communicate its unique offerings and experiences
  • Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall strategy for the project
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
  • Conduct market research and analyze audience insights to refine targeting and communication strategies
  • Strategize and execute promotional events, presentations, and activations to promote the masterplan and its key features
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary for maximum impact
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications within large-scale developments
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and highlight successes
  • Supervise and mentor marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration

Requirements

  • 10 - 15 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications, preferably in large-scale developments or urban projects
  • Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and execution plans
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media platforms
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a knack for conveying complex ideas in an accessible manner
  • Experience in market research, audience segmentation, and performance analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Creative mindset with an appreciation for design and visual communication
