Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. What You'll Do

• Sales Business Support: Establish data dashboards to track the effectiveness of strategy execution, assist the sales team with daily tasks through data reporting to ensure accurate and error-free execution, and regularly produce team performance reports. 2. Systems and Process Management:Maintain the daily operation of activity registration systems, internal CRM, and data dashboards.Assist the BD team in resolving basic system issues to improve operational compliance rates.Establish standardized templates and SOPs to optimize experience and efficiency. 3. Team Building:Assist in team culture development, including team building, human care, city culture presentation, cultural promotion, and recognition incentives.Support team recruitment and training processes, including resume screening and interview scheduling. 4. Communication and Collaboration:Coordinate with operations, finance, marketing teams to facilitate the smooth implementation of sales activities.Assist in organizing project documents and meeting minutes at the city level. Act as a city sales support representative, providing feedback on needs and pain points.
  
  

What We Need From You

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing or related fields. 2. Good English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. 3. At least 1 year of experience in sales support, sales operations, or data analysis (experience in internet/e-commerce/retail industries preferred). 4. Proficient in office software and possess basic data analysis skills. 5. Strong execution and cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
