Role Overview:
  • We are seeking a Junior Marine Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of vessel machinery and equipment. This role offers hands-on experience working alongside senior engineers to ensure all mechanical and electrical systems onboard meet operational and safety standards. The Junior Marine Engineer will participate in routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs under guidance, building a strong foundation for a marine engineering career


    • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining vessel machinery and systems

  • Conduct routine inspections and report any malfunctions or defects

  • Support troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical and electrical equipment

  • Follow maintenance schedules and safety procedures

  • Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation

  • Participate in emergency drills and safety activities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in engine rooms

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Comply with regulatory and company standards

  • Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge

    • الشروط والمهارات:
    • Diploma or degree in Marine Engineering or related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in marine engineering or mechanical maintenance preferred
    • Basic knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, and auxiliary equipment
    • Understanding of safety and environmental regulations
    • Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
    • Ability to work in physically demanding environments
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Valid offshore safety certifications (BOSIET) advantageous
