Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Purpose:

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by interacting with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience to achieve sales goals.

Job Specifications:

Required Educational Level:

•  High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

• 0 - 3 years of experience in retail sales or related fields.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the branch 
• Deliver exceptional service to customers and provide detailed product information and recommendations based on their preferences.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve branch sales goals.
• Maintain the branch clean, organized, and visually appealing to maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
• Restock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales.
• Provide customer feedback to the Branch Manager
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
