Job Purpose:
Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by interacting with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience to achieve sales goals.
Job Specifications:
Required Educational Level:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- 0 - 3 years of experience in retail sales or related fields.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the branch
- Deliver exceptional service to customers and provide detailed product information and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Collaborate with coworkers to achieve branch sales goals.
- Maintain the branch clean, organized, and visually appealing to maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
- Restock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales.
- Provide customer feedback to the Branch Manager
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and health and safety guidelines.
