Job Description

  • Individually contributes to achieving the department’s short term objectives through front line showroom selling, delivery of high-end customer service and in-store merchandising in line with brand and division requirements.
  • Interacts with external walk-in customers to ensure customers satisfaction.
  • Participates in stock auditing with the internal and external auditors.
  • Ensures safety and security of products and store at all times.
  • Arranges and maintains the display.
  • Maintains sales and promotional materials.
  • Develops and maintain the customer database.
  • Responsible for stock – Outlet material.
  • Responsible to keep the stock in good condition (Price tags, clean and stored properly).
  • Responsible for registering the sales (Cash/ Credit Sales).
  • Maintaining accurate customer database.

Skills

  • Bachelor degree in business/marketing is a must, degree is preferable
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in sales retail fashion.
  • Fashion experience is a must.
  • Highly motivated and self-starter.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-controlled work ethics
  • Able to function independently and as a part of team
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, preferably with Arabic speaking
  • Knowledge on Arabic culture, market and local fashion trends is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
