About the Role

We are hiring for a seasoned Software Technical Lead to drive engineering excellence for a cutting-edge FinTech platform operating in the Saudi market. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you will lead architecture, technology choices, and development standards while mentoring a team of talented developers.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in scalable software systems, leadership experience in fast-paced environments, and hands-on exposure to FinTech products and compliance frameworks—especially aligned with SAMA regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, architecture, and development of scalable FinTech solutions
  • Set coding and quality standards; conduct code reviews and manage CI/CD pipelines
  • Define architecture aligned with both short- and long-term product goals
  • Mentor and guide developers; foster a high-performance engineering culture
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams for seamless releases
  • Ensure adherence to security, performance, and maintainability standards
  • Champion agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and process improvements
  • Evaluate new tools/technologies to continuously evolve the tech stack

Requirements

  • 7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale FinTech solutions
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market and SAMA compliance frameworks (Mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience in .NET Core 6, Microservices, GRPC, SQL, Angular 11
  • Strong software architecture & design patterns knowledge
  • Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, and Git
  • Strong testing and DevOps mindset: TDD, integration testing, automated deployments

Education

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (required)
  • Master's degree preferred
