Qiddiya Investment Company is leading the charge in developing an iconic entertainment hub in Saudi Arabia, and is currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager Quality Assurance for the MBS Stadium. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all quality assurance processes meet the highest standards, reflecting our commitment to excellence in the services we provide at the stadium.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a robust quality assurance strategy specifically for MBS Stadium operations, focusing on event management, facility maintenance, and customer service
  • Conduct comprehensive quality audits and evaluations of stadium operations, identifying areas for improvement while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop best practices that align with the company's vision for providing exceptional experiences at the stadium
  • Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of quality initiatives, sourcing actionable insights for enhancements
  • Lead training programs for staff and management on quality assurance principles and practices, instilling a culture of quality throughout the organization
  • Manage quality-related issues and challenges, facilitating timely resolutions and prevention strategies to ensure continuous improvement
  • Prepare quality assurance reports and presentations for executive management, detailing findings, metrics, and strategic recommendations
  • Evaluate and integrate new quality management tools and technologies to enhance stadium operations and service delivery
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to ensure the stadium maintains a competitive edge in quality assurance practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • 7+ years relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably within large scale venue operations, stadiums, or similar environments
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and enforcing quality assurance programs in high-stakes operational settings
  • Deep understanding of event management processes, customer service excellence, and safety regulations
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong leadership capability with a history of leading cross-functional teams towards quality improvement goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
  • Knowledge of contemporary quality assurance methodologies and tools is an advantage
